What you will do

• Automate and evolve cloud infrastructure with Terraform and AI-assisted workflows for maximum uptime.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana for high-traffic services.
• Manage incident resolution beyond Level 1 support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (every 3-5 weeks).
• Contribute to security and compliance tasks for document workflows.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing for pdfFiller and internal Supervisor product.
• Collaborate with software engineering and support teams on production environment reliability.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate (B2+) English for meetings and global collaboration.
• 3+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert in Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven production support, incident handling, and on-call experience for high-scale products.
• Proactivity, self-awareness, and collaboration skills.
