What you will do

• Design internal platforms and CLI tools treating "Infrastructure as a Product" for seamless service deployment and resource scaling.
• Optimize the inner-loop development cycle (local setup, build times, test execution) to accelerate the path to production.
• Establish standardized templates and best practices for secure, reliable, and observable service architecture.
• Empower application teams with intuitive dashboards, standardized alerting frameworks, and distributed tracing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• 3+ years of extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for managing scalable applications.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt, Pulumi, Helm) and CI/CD systems (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US (Mountain View, CA).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience delivering large-scale cloud-native transformation projects.
• Track record of delivering scalable solutions to complex software problems.
