What you will do

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution through to successful handover to operations.
• Hold P&L responsibility for projects valued up to $30M+.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, and procurement teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and safety guidelines are met on site.
• Rapidly resolve technical issues, quality snags, and non-conformances to maintain project velocity.
• Support negotiations regarding project contracts with potential contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, physics, or other technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or engineering within the power generation market.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• Valid Senior Project Management certification (e.g., PMI PgMP, IPMA Level B).
• Business level English language skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience within Energy Storage markets.
• Experience delivering projects to Utility customers in Ireland.
• Knowledge of DS3 Services, Eirgrid Grid Code, and Single Electricity Market (SEM).
