Product Manager, Data Platform (Product Analytics)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not available.

What you will do

• Develop product analytics frameworks, KPIs, and performance measures for the Data Platform.
• Analyze platform usage, user behaviour, and performance to identify meaningful patterns and opportunities.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative user research and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Turn insights into recommendations that improve the platform experience and increase adoption.
• Increase visibility of platform performance for product, engineering, data practitioner, and organisational stakeholders.
• Contribute to simplifying the end-to-end data journey, scaling self-service ingestion and transformation, and improving developer experience.

Requirements

• Experience delivering product analytics frameworks and KPI development for digital products.
• Experience building data analysis and visualisation approaches that inform product decisions.
• Experience applying product discovery and user research methods to identify user needs.
• Experience leading digital product improvements using data and user insights.
• Experience managing stakeholders across product, engineering, and user communities.
• Experience with digital products in data-intensive or technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud data platforms, data engineering environments, or Databricks.
• Experience using SQL with BI or product analytics tools.
