What you will do

• Own the digital product journey from data ingestion through transformation to production-ready data.
• Define the vision and roadmap for the Databricks product experience.
• Simplify data ingestion, transformation, and preparation journeys for data practitioners.
• Build self-service capabilities while balancing governance, scalability, and technical complexity.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, service design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Increase adoption of platform capabilities and reduce reliance on specialist support.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical product management for data-intensive or platform-based products.
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Experience managing products within cloud-based data platforms or ecosystems.
• Applied experience with Databricks capabilities and measurable product outcomes.
• Experience leading initiatives that improved adoption, efficiency, or user experience.
• Experience translating complex technology into simple, valuable product experiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on data skills used to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Experience developing platform or developer experiences that improve how users work with technology.
