What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation of client custody accounts.
• Liaise with brokers, counterparties, custodians, and dealers to resolve trading discrepancies.
• Ensure settlement of client trades and manage unmatched or failing trades.
• Collaborate with IT, COAC, and front office teams to progress outstanding issues.
• Work with the Cash Operations team to ensure accurate Client Money reporting.
• Generate MI reporting and update process documentation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in cash and asset reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Solid proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong familiarity with financial markets.
• Experience in financial operations, preferably within brokerage, custody, or settlement environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
