What you will do

• Lead and manage a small team with hands-on coding in C for hirify.global Community Edition and Enterprise.
• Define technical roadmaps, make key architectural decisions, and drive performance/reliability at massive scale.
• Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and own features from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Support, Customer Success, other R&D teams, and open-source community.

Requirements

• 4+ years developing production-grade systems with strong hands-on C/Linux experience
• 2+ years leading engineering teams/projects, including mentoring
• Expertise in low-level programming (C/C++/Rust), memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimizations.
• Strategic thinking for roadmaps/architecture in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication for distributed teams.
