What you will do

• Develop state-of-the-art AI/ML models for risk strategies and mitigation.
• Conduct analysis to measure model performance and influence strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to deploy models in the decision engine.
• Perform feature research, engineering, and raw data exploration.
• Build and maintain risk modeling infrastructure with ML Ops.
• Create data-driven risk prevention rules and monitor performance trends.

Requirements

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, data science or comparable field.
• Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI model development.
• Risk experience in financial services, fintech or similar.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills; Spark and JavaScript nice to have.
• Understanding of feature engineering and model lifecycle.
• Solid English skills for communication with stakeholders.
