TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (FinTech): Manage B2B partners from contract signature through renewal, ensuring positive experiences and successful outcomes for launching US securities and crypto trading apps worldwide with an accent on relationship building, adoption driving, and risk mitigation. Focus on forecasting growth, delivering QBRs, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing product roadmap priorities.

Location: Remote (EMEA). Comfortable working EMEA hours (GST/GMT/ET).

What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers, driving relationships from app launch to renewal.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success; manage escalations with empathy.
  • Monitor progress toward goals, identify risks, and drive adoption of hirify.global features.
  • Deliver QBRs and executive reports aligning customer goals to platform outcomes.
  • Own full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, expansion, renewal.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Broker Dealer to champion partner needs and influence roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success, managing relationships
  • Comfortable working EMEA hours (GST/GMT/ET) in remote setup
  • Understanding of SaaS and APIs
  • FinTech experience, especially broker-dealer business
  • Exposure to large and small companies
  • Ability to work remotely and independently; team player with ownership and transparency
