• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products that deliver meaningful insights and business impact.
• Solve high-value problems by delivering scalable, intuitive data solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Define the why and what of data products, partnering with engineering on implementation.
• Embed data at the heart of operations to enable faster decisions and innovation.
• Build well-governed, user-friendly data platforms to shift teams from intuition to evidence-led decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in data product management across data platforms, core datasets, or analytics products.
• Understanding of data systems, analytics, data modelling, and governance principles.
• Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, translating complex ideas into outcomes.
• Work in agile environments, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing, and delivering iteratively.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and focus on high-impact outcomes.
• Comfort navigating complexity, supporting others, and exploring new ideas.
