What you will do

• Actively triage the VP's time and commitments, making high-judgment calls on prioritization and conflict resolution.
• Synthesize the status of all open workstreams across the applications business into a clear, real-time overview.
• Prepare high-context briefings and framing for customer meetings, executive reviews, and board discussions.
• Represent the VP's perspective in internal workstreams and ensure rigorous follow-through on all action items.
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure, including rhythms, templates, and shared communication flows.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and PMs using technical fluency to drive progress across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or strategy.
• Proven track record of managing high complexity and multiple parallel workstreams without dropping threads.
• Strong technical fluency regarding APIs, infrastructure, and system architecture at a conceptual level.
• Exceptional organizational precision and legible system management.
• Precise written communication skills for briefs, recaps, and async updates.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
