TL;DR

Middle IT Helpdesk Engineer (IT Support): Providing first-line technical support and resolving incidents for local and remote employees with an accent on SLA standards, hardware maintenance, and device configuration. Focus on managing MDM/EDR platforms, automating onboarding/offboarding workflows, and ensuring endpoint security compliance.

Location: Hybrid (~3 days/week in Warsaw, Poland)

What you will do

  • Resolve technical incidents via Jira Service Desk, Slack, and email according to SLA standards.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including laptop preparation, configuration, and courier coordination.
  • Administer and configure devices using MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji) and manage EDR solutions (ESET).
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights within Google Workspace.
  • Maintain accurate equipment records in the asset management system.
  • Participate in internal IT projects, process improvements, and support internal events/webinars.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in installation and configuration of macOS and Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience with corporate ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk) and antivirus solutions.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Polish: A2/B1 level required.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and SSO/SAML authentication.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Intune, Kandji, or Jamf.
  • Basic administration and troubleshooting experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (RAM, SSD, battery issues).
  • Basic understanding of networking tools (ping, traceroute, ipconfig).
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
