TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (~3 days/week in Warsaw, Poland)

What you will do
- Resolve technical incidents via Jira Service Desk, Slack, and email according to SLA standards.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including laptop preparation, configuration, and courier coordination.
- Administer and configure devices using MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji) and manage EDR solutions (ESET).
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights within Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate equipment records in the asset management system.
- Participate in internal IT projects, process improvements, and support internal events/webinars.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in installation and configuration of macOS and Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with corporate ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk) and antivirus solutions.
- English: B2 level required.
- Polish: A2/B1 level required.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and SSO/SAML authentication.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Intune, Kandji, or Jamf.
- Basic administration and troubleshooting experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (RAM, SSD, battery issues).
- Basic understanding of networking tools (ping, traceroute, ipconfig).
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
