Salary: €3,900 – €7,800 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead AI/ML innovations from research and POCs to full product feature implementation.
• Develop hands-on solutions for context management, memory, retrieval, and agentic loops.
• Collaborate with PMs on product discovery and delivery within cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate proprietary and open-source LLMs based on performance and cost metrics.
• Stay current with GenAI trends and act as a subject matter expert and AI evangelist.

Requirements

• Proven track record of AI/ML projects in production.
• Professional expertise in Python and designing, executing, and maintaining AI systems.
• Experience with LLMs for text, embeddings, or multi-modal use cases.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience building complex Agentic systems and the tools powering them.
• Deep expertise in data science methodologies, ML algorithms, and NLP techniques.
