Senior AI Engineer (EdTech)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain internal AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop early prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and experiments with AI agents.
• Create telemetry and dashboards to track AI adoption, productivity changes, and usage trends.
• Collaborate with the Head of AI & Data to assess feasibility and validate technical approaches.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with updated documentation, prompt examples, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Solid background in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM tools, prompting, evaluation, prototyping, and agents.
• Experience in AWS-based environments for AI or data projects (e.g., Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Ability to build and maintain simple data pipelines and dashboards.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance basics.
