What you will do

• Implement personalized follow-up strategies and root cause analyses for non-payments in the AR portfolio.
• Negotiate and monitor agreed payment schedules and manage the dunning process.
• Handle dispute management, including corrections, cancellations, and credit note issuance.
• Validate customer accounts and proactively collaborate with treasury and collection departments.
• Create and update process documentation (DTPs) and support process optimization projects.
• Ensure all recovery procedures are carried out before initiating legal action.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Cash Collector or Customer Service role.
• Fluent French and good English proficiency.
• High proficiency in the end-to-end O2C process.
• User-level experience with SAP FI and other Collection ERP systems.
• University degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• Professional accountancy qualification.
