What you will do

  • Own financial reporting for French entities, including monthly P&L and Bhirify.globalce Sheet reviews, variance analysis, and audit readiness.
  • Organize the finance function in subsidiaries and manage the financial integration of potential acquired companies.
  • Challenge and automate financial processes by writing specifications for the Financial Data team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is leveraged for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to scaling the finance team by participating in hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with French accounting standards.
  • Professional background in a top audit firm and/or a fast-paced scale-up.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations.
  • Legal eligibility to work from France.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with consolidation and process automation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or AI tools.
  • Experience with insurance accounting or regulated financial entities.
