What you will do

• Lead all day-to-day Benelux finance operations, including investments, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and VAT.
• Oversee ledgers and reporting systems to ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support annual budgeting and planning processes, performing variance analysis between actuals and plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities in collaboration with the Head of Accounting and Compliance.
• Track and control the performance of invested assets according to corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• 5 to 7 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably beginning in audit.
• Proven experience managing general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Language: Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.
