TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building modern full stack applications and customer-facing experiences for holiday discovery and shopping with an accent on performant web applications and customer experience. Focus on creating fast, intuitive journeys for search, personalization, and package customization.
Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Attendance in the Manchester office is required one day every two weeks.

What you will do
- Develop modern full stack applications and customer-facing experiences to shape how users discover and shop for holidays.
- Build performant, accessible, and reliable user interfaces and web applications.
- Create and optimize backend APIs and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
- Utilize experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to guide technical decisions.
- Implement AI-assisted engineering and agentic coding workflows.
Requirements
- Strong full stack fundamentals and experience building scalable customer-facing platforms.
- Proficiency in modern frontend engineering and backend API development.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern engineering practices.
- Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in or able to regularly commute to the Manchester office.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, TypeScript, .NET, and AWS.
- Knowledge of observability tooling.
