What you will do

• Implement AI-native development workflows and contribute to the wider team's adoption of AI-assisted ways of working.
• Take full ownership of features across the entire stack, from manager and employee interfaces to scalable backend services.
• Write and review code in TypeScript and Node.js, directly managing infrastructure and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Contribute to shared architectural decisions and technical standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven full-stack experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Must be based within European time zones.
• Ability to design and architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
• Background in startup or scale-up environments with a pragmatic approach to shipping.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB.
