What you will do

• Deliver customer trainings and onboardings on building and infrastructure LCAs to ensure software success.
• Support customers in achieving compliance with local LCA standards, LEED, BREEAM, and similar frameworks.
• Handle technical queries via email and remote meetings regarding software, calculation methods, and license administration.
• Own the Customer Success role for regional clients by establishing trusting relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Create and contribute to guidance articles for the Customer Help Centre.
• Identify platform improvements and communicate them to the Product Management team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in French and English.
• Must be based in EU time zones.
• Motivation to become an expert in construction sector LCA software.
• Analytical thinking and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Experience in technical support, product training, or process documentation is an advantage.
