What you will do

• Maintain full accounting books in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT, and others).
• Prepare reports for external institutions (GUS, NBP, and others).
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Supervise proper flow of accounting documents and internal processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt accounting procedures.
• Optimize and improve accounting processes.
• Represent the company during external audits and dealings with ZUS and other authorities.
• Collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior accounting position with responsibility for statutory accounting, tax reporting, and financial closing processes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Polish accounting standards and current tax regulations.
• Higher education in accounting or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement accounting processes and procedures.
• High level of conscientiousness, accuracy, and dedication.
• Polish C1+ and English B2+.
• Ability to work from our office in Wroclaw.
