What you will do

• Manage and maintain Linux servers (Rocky Linux or Red Hat) in virtualized and cloud environments.
• Implement automation using configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Monitor infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, and web servers such as Nginx or Apache.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and collaborate on Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance issues, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Office-based in Paris, France or Montreal, Canada
• Strong experience administering Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals: networking, system architecture, and hardware.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash and Python).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with monitoring, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to collaborate across teams.
