What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Odoo-based self-service portal and billing system, including account and subscription management.
• Manage Odoo workflows for invoicing, customer onboarding, and access provisioning.
• Respond to and resolve customer support tickets regarding cloud resources, billing, and portal access.
• Provision and troubleshoot cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and clusters.
• Document recurring issues and create structured support content for the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with backend engineering to provide detailed diagnostics for technical escalations.

Requirements

• Experience administering Odoo ERP, specifically billing, subscriptions, CRM, and customer portal modules.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (VMs, storage, clustering) across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to configure Odoo workflows, customize views, and manage user access.
• Strong independent troubleshooting skills and excellent customer communication.
• Experience creating technical documentation and knowledge base content.
• Must be located in or able to work from Miami, Sarasota, Toronto, or Washington D.C.

Nice to have

• Odoo certification or advanced hands-on customization expertise.
• Experience with Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and CLI troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or XML customization within the Odoo framework.
• Background in cloud hosting or managed services environments.
• Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, or payment gateway configurations.
