What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the company's visual language to ensure a clean, mature, and scalable product design.
• Design end-to-end user flows for web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Own all in-product microcopy, including onboarding, tooltips, error states, and confirmations.
• Create and maintain critical UX artefacts such as Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and User Flows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers as an equal partner in product discovery and execution.
• Support the design and launch of landing pages for product releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) for digital products.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product design independently.
• Expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience creating CJMs, User Maps, and comprehensive flows.
• Ability to treat text and microcopy as an integral part of the design process.
• English: B2/C1 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, Web3, DeFi, or other complex financial product domains.
• Experience with crypto wallets, payments, lending, or transaction-heavy systems.
• Experience building or scaling comprehensive design systems.
• Background working in high-growth product companies.
