Salary: €4,728 – €6,433 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and expand the 4TU.ResearchData community of researchers and data professionals.
• Encourage the adoption and use of the 4TU.ResearchData repository among research support staff.
• Develop and oversee community events and projects, including roadshows, workshops, and the FAIR Data Fund.
• Manage strategic partnerships with institutions to support policy alignment and infrastructure co-development.
• Expand and promote collaborations within the Netherlands and on an international scale.
• Manage communication channels to facilitate community engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing communities and sustaining professional partnerships.
• Proven expertise in developing partner relations to support organizational growth.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating complex events and projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Affinity with and knowledge of open science and FAIR data/software principles.
• Excellent command of English; willingness to learn Dutch if not yet proficient.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.

• Understanding and experience working within higher education and research communities.
