4TU.ResearchData Community And Partnerships Manager (Research Data): Leading and growing a community of researchers and data professionals across Dutch technical universities with an accent on FAIR data practices and strategic partnerships. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands; working remotely from abroad is not possible.
Salary: €4,728 – €6,433 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead, coordinate, and expand the 4TU.ResearchData community of researchers and data professionals.
- Encourage the adoption and use of the 4TU.ResearchData repository among research support staff.
- Develop and oversee community events and projects, including roadshows, workshops, and the FAIR Data Fund.
- Manage strategic partnerships with institutions to support policy alignment and infrastructure co-development.
- Expand and promote collaborations within the Netherlands and on an international scale.
- Manage communication channels to facilitate community engagement and collaboration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing communities and sustaining professional partnerships.
- Proven expertise in developing partner relations to support organizational growth.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating complex events and projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Affinity with and knowledge of open science and FAIR data/software principles.
- Excellent command of English; willingness to learn Dutch if not yet proficient.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
