Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Modern office in Amsterdam Noord)

Salary: €3,700 – €4,700 gross monthly + 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive implementation of cost-efficiency and quality improvements.
• Lead change projects across terminals, locker networks, and last-mile operations.
• Support data-driven decision-making by establishing KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with group functions in Analytics, Product, and Operations for international initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc insights to support operational teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or an analytical, project-driven role.
• Proven ability to transform complex problems into structured, actionable changes.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or SQL.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Background in start-up or scale-up environments.
