What you will do

• Support PMs in coordinating localisation workflows across multiple markets and monitor deadlines with linguists.
• Manage lower-complexity projects independently under supervision, including briefing preparation, file handling, and delivery tracking.
• Assist with quality control checks, documentation maintenance, and onboarding for linguists and freelancers.
• Work with CAT tools, localisation platforms, and basic data tracking for volumes and turnaround times.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements or assist with automation setup.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English.
• University degree in Linguistics, Translation Management, Marketing, International Business, Communication, or related field.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable with structured processes, deadlines, spreadsheets, and detailed documentation.
• Interest in languages, global marketing, and localisation.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAT tools.
