What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Transcreation Managers and Executives.
• Build and maintain client relationships as part of the on-site Global team, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning and execution of complex briefs, including cultural consultation and localization of campaign materials.
• Improve transcreation processes, operational capabilities, and efficiencies using problem-solving techniques.
• Manage budgets, including forecasting, estimation, tracking, and reconciliation to meet gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure high-quality international marketing communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in language localisation.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Mastery of budget management and financial tracking.
• In-depth knowledge of the language industry and experience managing MT/AI workflows.
• Experience in post-production processes, cultural consultation, and QC of localised artwork and audio.
• Full English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Native speaker of a language other than English.
• University degree in languages, marketing, business, or related fields.
