What you will do

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize legacy SAP processes into a tailor-made ERP platform.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure delivered features meet expectations.
• Drive decision-making based on business value, feasibility, and project priorities.
• Support the modernization of complex enterprise systems for Fortune 500 customers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage product requirements and roadmaps within international projects.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Must be based in the European Union region and have a valid work permit.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, logistics, transportation, leasing, or asset management domains.
• Background in digital transformation or legacy system modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
