What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines for Weekly Business Reviews and forecasting tools using Snowflake pulls, OKR updates, and data QA.
• Validate data accuracy across sources, flag anomalies proactively, and create a single source of truth.
• Fix inconsistencies between reports and lead initiatives to simplify data architecture, reducing manual steps.
• Work with AI tools like Cursor and Glean from day one to automate team operations.

Requirements

• Early career (0–3 years post-university) with high ambition, analytical mindset, and hands-on SQL experience; Python or similar for data workflows preferred.
• Business-savvy understanding of marketplace dynamics and ability to connect data to strategic insights.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has driven impactful initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills essential, as it is the working language.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Glean).
• Background in marketing analytics or commercial finance in tech/marketplace.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets for reporting on SQL data.
• Interest in data engineering and simplifying architectures.
