What you will do

  • Execute regular reconciliation of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) positions to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate on functional initiatives to optimize ALM product setup and drive profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver ALM reports, focusing on automation and generating business insights.
  • Monitor and analyze crypto asset-liability positions to proactively assess risks.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of market and liquidity risk management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Treasury, ALM, or Risk Management (strong internship experience considered).
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python or other data automation tools is highly preferred.
  • Proactive interest in blockchain technologies, digital assets, and financial markets.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Vienna, Austria
