What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain full-stack data science solutions from data extraction to model monitoring.
• Design and implement advanced ML models (regression, classification, clustering) to predict workforce needs and identify skills gaps.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.
• Create advanced visualizations in Power BI and Tableau to translate complex insights for HR and business stakeholders.
• Implement optimization algorithms to recommend hiring, training, or workforce engagement actions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack data science, including model building, deployment, and API development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and strong SQL skills for statistical modeling and database management.
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in building and deploying models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• English: Proficient verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workforce analytics and HR data systems.
• Knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j or GraphQL.
