TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Providing accurate financial analysis of business group companies’ performance to support informed decision-making and strategic growth with an accent on management reporting and metric tracking. Focus on generating financial reports, tracking KPIs/OKRs, and calculating LTV and target CPA to evaluate financial health.
Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius: hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 remote; Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options available).
Salary: Gross 4000-4800 EUR/month

What you will do
- Communicate financial reporting processes and requirements across the organization.
- Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the business group.
- Track and analyze KPIs and OKRs to monitor financial performance.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Calculate and analyze key metrics including LTV and target CPA.
- Present financial performance insights to the management board and Business Unit Managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance or business analysis within an international company.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting methods and data analysis (LTV/NPV calculations).
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex business metrics.
- Ability to take ownership and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
