What you will do

• Collaborate with business leads to manage budget-setting and ongoing forecasts for headcount and operational expenses.
• Perform month-end close procedures and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Provide variance commentary between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar FP&A role.
• Solid understanding of financial planning and budgeting business processes.
• High proficiency in Workday, OneStream, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable high-level insights.
• No previous unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
