What you will do

• Design and implement the production workflow and infrastructure for the new in-house brand studio.
• Lead the end-to-end production process from conceptualization and storyboarding to shoot, post-production, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Art Directors to define the visual language, tone, and storytelling approach.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical accuracy in all visual content.
• Manage vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and lead production crews on location.
• Develop content strategies for social-native environments to increase brand awareness and credibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end video production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience shooting in technically complex or restricted environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, industrial).
• Proven track record of leading production crews in studio and on location.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Torrance facility.

Nice to have

• Experience building a brand studio or launching a creative agency.
• Knowledge of real-time rendering tools like Unreal Engine for visualization.
• Experience with professional camera systems (Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Arri, Blackmagic).
• Prior experience in a technology, aerospace, or defense company.
