What you will do

• Support the Creative Director in video production, direction, editing, animation, and sound sourcing.
• Handle full-cycle videography, including pre-production, on-site shooting in NYC, and lighting setup for interviews.
• Manage post-production processes: editing, color correction, rotoscoping, formatting, and audio processing.
• Oversee the NYC video studio, including equipment management, scheduling, and set arrangements.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and motion design animations to support global brand activation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an art director or motion designer in a corporation or agency.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in pacing, storytelling, visual composition, and motion design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, MediaEncoder, Lightroom, Illustrator).
• Experience using AI-assisted creative workflows to streamline video and studio operations.
• Degree or certification related to video, animation, and production design.
