What you will do

• Manage and drive UX-heavy features from concept to completion for a large-scale live product.
• Define and develop best practices, templates, and guiding principles for the experience design team.
• Create high-level feature and pipeline solutions that align with gameplay goals and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on design concepts based on feedback, requirements, and creative direction.
• Collaborate with engineers and UI technical designers to implement features.
• Coordinate with producers and directors to estimate and prioritize development work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional game development experience working with game engines.
• Proficiency in Figma or comparable UX design tools.
• Experience in rapid prototyping to test concept feasibility.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color, and iconography.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and experience with AAA, multiplayer, live service, or FPS games.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Psychology, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or a related HCI discipline.
