What you will do

• Monitor and analyze player feedback across social platforms and forums to identify trends in sentiment.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations for gameplay improvement.
• Analyze player behavior and in-game data to support balance and feature design.
• Design and evaluate tests for new gameplay features to ensure engagement and balance.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders via structured reports and visuals.
• Act as the internal voice of the player to align development priorities with community expectations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Action RPG or Soulslike games (1000+ hours of gameplay).
• Strong understanding of mechanics, pacing, and player expectations in the Soulslike genre.
• Analytical and methodical approach to interpreting complex qualitative feedback.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
