What you will do

• Lead and performance manage a remote team of dietitians through regular 1:1s and group sessions.
• Define and uphold clinical standards and quality benchmarks for coaching across the patient journey.
• Conduct coaching audits and structured quality reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Shape the nutrition strategy for weight management and emerging conditions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to optimize platform support for patient outcomes.
• Manage governance frameworks and systemic risk across the health coaching function.

Requirements

• Accredited Practising Dietitian (essential).
• Proven experience managing or mentoring clinical teams, preferably in multi-team or functional leadership.
• Deep expertise in motivational interviewing and behavior change frameworks.
• Strong skills in clinical auditing, quality review, and governance.
• Strong communication skills for leading remote teams across time zones.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced digital health environment.
