Salary: $115,000–$167,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of triage analysts focusing on root cause analysis of system-level failures.
• Drive the strategy for AI-augmented triage, implementing automated root cause synthesis and intelligent anomaly detection.
• Define and refine internal processes, incident response playbooks, and workflow improvements to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, and operations teams to align triage efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor systems to identify trends, regressions, and progressions, ensuring findings are shared and escalated.
• Partner with Data Analytics to track and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and system metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience leading technical analysts or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex autonomous or robotics systems.
• Proficiency in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
• Experience designing and optimizing major programs or features with a focus on scaling technical operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for acting as a representative in cross-functional meetings.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA (Hybrid, 3+ days per week)

Nice to have

• BS or MS in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.).
• Experience in test evaluation, triage, or QA/QC within the autonomous vehicle or robotics industries.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and data analysis tools (Python, R).
• Experience using AI agents and co-pilots for building dashboards and automation tools.
