What you will do

• Own and maintain cybersecurity and crown-jewel risk registers, ensuring risks are clearly defined, scored, and prioritized.
• Design, implement, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to provide an objective view of the risk posture.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to facilitate risk discussions and align on treatment plans.
• Partner with the Cyber Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lead to address supplier-driven and systemic risks.
• Maintain and evolve a Cybersecurity Risk Dashboard providing real-time views of trends for leadership.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk logging, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise risk management.
• 3+ years of primary responsibility for leading or owning a risk management function or domain.
• Hands-on experience with GRC, IRM, or dedicated risk management platforms.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF and exposure to ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into concise, business-relevant narratives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Professional certifications such as CRISC, PMI-RMP, or CISM.
