What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings across the organization.
• Design and implement configurations using Salesforce standard tools, including Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Own the operational lifecycle, including releases, changes, system updates, and structured testing.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support KPI-driven decision-making and data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, permissions).
• Solid understanding of CRM processes, specifically Sales and Service modules.
• Experience with release and change management processes.
• Knowledge of integrations involving REST APIs, middleware, and common integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
