What you will do

• Refine the global import customs strategy, embedding tariff and cross-border considerations into sourcing and logistics.
• Own governance for HTS classification, customs valuation, and country of origin.
• Partner with Engineering and Finance to build durable landed-cost and importer-structure decision models.
• Lead broker strategy and performance management across freight forwarders and trade-advisory partners.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and internal tooling to improve triage, document review, and decision support.
• Establish customs policies, SOPs, and metrics to reduce friction in the import lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade operations, trade law, or cross-border ecommerce.
• Significant experience leading trade operations in electronics, semiconductors, robotics, or advanced hardware.
• Deep expertise in import classification, customs valuation, and prototype frameworks.
• Experience supporting hardware development processes and sourcing in fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record of scaling programs in ambiguous, multinational operating environments.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows or agentic processes for operational work
