What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and relations cases, facilitating conflict resolution.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback, and reinforce company culture.
• Execute core HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and maintain HR policies.
• Support organizational changes, reorgs, scaling, and help leaders communicate effectively.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in HR or People Partner roles
• Understanding of HR fundamentals: employee relations, performance management, labor law basics
• Experience working with international teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance empathy with business needs
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Data-driven mindset for decision-making
