What you will do

• Provide HR leadership and business partnering for offices in Coyoacan, Reforma, and Remsen.
• Align local HR strategy with global business unit priorities.
• Coach and develop the management team on people leadership and business execution.
• Drive talent identification, selection, and retention efforts in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
• Manage an HR staff of five professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional HR generalist experience within Mexico.
• Thorough understanding of Mexican HR practices, policies, and industry trends.
• Proven track record in HR transformations or organizational change management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must be based in or available to work at the Mexico City locations.
