What you will do

• Work with Design Manager on mobile and web initiatives to craft engaging, thoughtful experiences reflecting human-centered values.
• Collaborate cross-functionally from strategy and definition to execution, validation, and iterations.
• Produce high-quality work including research, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs with delightful interactions.
• Advocate for user experience and drive product design in a complex industry.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience
• Experience designing for native mobile apps
• Practice empathy and understand design impact on users
• Problem solver who loves challenges and collaborates well
• Curiosity about AI changing creative workflows
