Hybrid in New York City: expected onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays at HQ in Union Square, Manhattan; remote Mondays/Fridays.
Salary: $166,000–$209,000 (Senior 1) or $198,000–$250,000 (Senior 2), plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to define roadmaps and deliver customer-facing features.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy fullstack projects using TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Node.js, Python (Django), PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and AWS.
- Write high-quality, tested code ensuring platform robustness, reliability, and scalability.
- Iterate on features based on product team and client feedback.
- Mentor teammates and foster a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years (Senior 2: 8+ years) hands-on experience developing production software.
- Expertise leading fullstack projects: frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript/ES6/React, HTML/CSS) and backend (Python/Django, PostgreSQL).
- Experience prioritizing tasks, defining requirements, and driving team decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with engineering team leadership experience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving product and organizational needs.
