What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to define roadmaps and deliver customer-facing features.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy fullstack projects using TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Node.js, Python (Django), PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and AWS.
• Write high-quality, tested code ensuring platform robustness, reliability, and scalability.
• Iterate on features based on product team and client feedback.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years (Senior 2: 8+ years) hands-on experience developing production software.
• Expertise leading fullstack projects: frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript/ES6/React, HTML/CSS) and backend (Python/Django, PostgreSQL).
• Experience prioritizing tasks, defining requirements, and driving team decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with engineering team leadership experience.
• Ability to adapt to evolving product and organizational needs.
