What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles from sourcing and screening to offer and close.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and job boards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring needs, and evaluation criteria.
  • Integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into every step of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status in the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency by adhering to established recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales, GTM, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital channels.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview and screening methods.
  • Must be based in the United States.
