What you will do

• Bridge the gap between design and engineering to elevate digital experiences.
• Develop brand websites, product interfaces, and interactive experiences.
• Prototype creative ideas quickly using code with intention and taste.
• Integrate emerging AI tools into creative workflows to uplevel team problem-solving.
• Collaborate on experimental projects under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• Mentor team members to improve their technical and creative capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of front-end development experience with a strong creative portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar).
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and motion design.
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to translate designs into code fluidly.
• Proven experience shipping websites from concept through production.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and web animation (Three.js, GSAP).
• Comfort experimenting with new AI-powered technologies.
