Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Translate high-fidelity design concepts into pixel-precise and performant web experiences.
• Partner with brand and creative leadership to ensure design intent for motion, interaction, and spacing is preserved.
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable front-end components for the marketing site.
• Manage the front-end relationship and handoffs with external creative partners.
• Develop and enforce a living, documented design system.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser fidelity using headless CMS environments (Contentful).

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end development experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibility.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with component-based frameworks, preferably React.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, specifically Contentful.
• Ability to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into code.
• Must be based in New York City, Washington DC, Seattle, Miami, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or canvas-based animations.
• Ability to build interactive experiences, data visualizations, or scroll-driven narratives.
• Prior work on brand-defining redesign projects within enterprise SaaS environments.
